Last updated September 27, 2026. Framepilot (“we”) operates Framepilot.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Your content: topics, scripts, series settings and the videos we generate for you.
• Connected channels: when you connect YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, the account name and the permission to publish on your behalf.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and errors) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To create, store, schedule and publish your videos; to run your account and subscription; to keep the service secure; and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content for advertising.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with providers that run parts of the service: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Hetzner (video rendering servers), OpenAI (script writing, visual selection and illustrations), Microsoft (speech synthesis), Upload-Post (publishing to your connected channels), and Pexels and Wikimedia Commons (searching for footage and photos). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to process payments.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and videos while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@framepilot.site. Some records, such as payment records, may be kept where the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@framepilot.site to make a request.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. For significant changes we will notify you by email.
